Message the seller from your order page first. If it isn't resolved within 48 hours, open a claim from the same page within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date.
What happens next
Our team reviews claims within 3 business days. If approved, you receive a full refund including original shipping.
What's not covered
Change-of-mind returns (these follow the seller's return policy), items bought outside Peyton Ghalib, and claims involving misuse or damage after delivery.
