Seller Agreement
Last updated October 26, 2026This agreement applies to every business that sells on Peyton Ghalib.
1. Eligibility
You must be a business registered in the United States with an Employer Identification Number (EIN), a US bank account in the business's name, and an owner or authorized representative who is at least 18 years old.
2. Verification
You must verify your email and submit your business name, registration certificate, EIN, business address and owner details (name, email, phone, date of birth and government ID). Our team reviews every application manually and may request more information.
3. Subscription and fees
The seller plan costs $19.99 per month, billed in advance. Peyton Ghalib charges 0% commission on sales. Card-processing fees (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per order) are deducted from each order's payout.
4. Failed payments
If your subscription payment fails, your store and listings are hidden from buyers immediately. Everything is restored automatically as soon as payment succeeds.
5. Payouts
We pay out daily to your bank account for orders that have been delivered, after a short hold that depends on your seller level: New — 3 days, Rising — 2 days, Top — 1 day, Elite — same day. We may hold funds related to open claims.
6. Listings
Listings must be accurate, legal and follow our Prohibited Items policy. New listings are reviewed before they go live.
7. Shipping and service
Ship within your stated handling time, upload tracking, and reply to buyer messages within 24 hours. Your average response time is shown to buyers.
8. Returns
You set your return window (14, 30 or 60 days) and who pays return shipping, but you must accept returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items at your cost.
9. Seller levels and rewards
Levels are based on total delivered sales: New ($0), Rising ($1,000), Top ($10,000) and Elite ($50,000). You earn 1 point per $10 in delivered sales; 100 points equal $1 off your subscription.
10. Taxes
Peyton Ghalib collects and remits sales tax where it acts as marketplace facilitator. We issue Form 1099-K where required. You remain responsible for your own income taxes.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close stores that break this agreement, receive excessive valid claims, or provide false verification information. You may cancel your subscription at any time; it ends at the close of the current billing period.
