Earning points (buyers)
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on product subtotal after discounts. Tax, shipping and gift card purchases don't earn points. Points post when the order is delivered.
Redeeming points
100 points = $1 off, redeemed at checkout. Points earned on returned items are removed.
Expiration
Points expire after 12 months without account activity (any purchase or redemption).
Seller points
Sellers earn 1 point per $10 in delivered sales. 100 points = $1 off the monthly subscription.
Gift cards
Digital gift cards are available from $10 to $500, never expire and have no fees. They can't be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Changes and fraud
We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice. Points obtained through fraud or abuse may be removed.
